ELIGIBILITY / WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
No Purchase Necessary. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Each participant must be a newly registering member of www.btusonline.com or a current member updating his or her membership profile in the United States and domiciled in the United States. ("Domicile" means the country of residency where one intends to stay permanently.) Membership registration and updates must be done solely through the www.btusonline.com site only. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Business Traveler and Korean Air and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. Applications received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified.

WINNING A PRIZE IS CONTINGENT UPON THE FULLFILLMENT OF ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH HEREIN.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:
This Sweepstakes runs from December 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") through March 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the "Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period go to www.btusonline.com and click option "Korean Air Logo" under Region column. Then, fill out the online entry form completely and submit the form in order to become a new member or log on to the website by entering your user id or Business Traveler member number and password to update your membership profile. Limit: one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person, per e-mail address during the Promotion Period by registering. Newly registering members or current members MUST choose "KOREAN AIR LOGO" under Region column in order to make their entrance valid.

PRIZE:
Total of One (1) prize winner will be selected during Sweepstake Period as follows:

• One (1) Grand Prize: Two Korean Air Business Class round-trip tickets from Los Angeles Korean Air gateway to Sao Paulo. Conditions for Prize Winner: Business Class Round-Trip Ticket
• Travel is valid from Los Angeles Korean Air gateway to Sao Paulo in Brazil.
• Positive Confirmed Space Basis in D Class (for Business Class);
• Excludes any code-share flights, or partner carrier flights;
• The travel must be completed within 3 months from the date of award winning;
• The award certificate cannot be extended under any circumstances;
• The original award certificate must be submitted for ticket processing;
• The award certificate cannot be transferred, bartered, or sold to anyone else; Any misuse or misconduct can lead to suspended eligibility of the ticket;
• Travel embargo period is imposed during peak travel season; Korean Air Ticket Embargo Period, please contact Korean Air;
• After the ticket is issued, travel validity is ninety (90) days from the date of the issuance and cannot be re-issued, re-routed, extended or exchanged;
• No Mileage Credit will be provided;

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state, provisional, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations. Taxes (including airport fees/taxes) will be the responsibility of the winners. No transfer/substitution of prize is permitted. Business Traveler reserves the right to post, remove and/or modify this sweepstakes on the Internet or through other mode of media at any time. Business Traveler reserves the right to disqualify entries from anyone tampering with the application process. If, for any reason, the sweepstake drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, limitations or failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the sponsor, could compromise, undermine or otherwise effect the Rules, administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the sponsor reserves the right and absolute discretion to Official Rules and/or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. Business Traveler assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to the site. Business Traveler is not responsible for injuries or damage to participants to any other person's computer, other equipment, or person relating to or resulting from in the sweepstakes, or from downloading materials or accessing the site. By their entry, participants are agreeing to these rules. By acceptance of prize, winners agree to rules about use of name/likeness for commercial purposes without notification/compensation, except where prohibited. All entries are automatically entered into Business Traveler's weekly newsletter mailing list.

GENERAL RELEASE:
By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor/Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

DISPUTES:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of New York or the appropriate New York State Court located in New York County, New York, U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives a rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the constitution, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligation of the entrant and sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

TO OBTAIN NAME OF THE WINNER:
The name of the winner will be available after a random selection from all eligible entries received. Administrator's decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The name of the winner will be listed at Business Traveler website - www.btusonline.com on or around March 15, 2010. Winner must contact Business Traveler at webmaster@btusonline.com before April 15, 2010 in order to obtain Travel Award Certificate or other prizes. Prize will be forfeited after April 15, 2010. Winners are responsible for any fees or charges assessed by sponsors of Business Traveler Website New Member Sweepstakes Event.
